Retail Orders:

INTERNATIONAL Orders:

Processing Time: 3-7 Days, Shipping Time: 7-21 Business Days

**Any wholesale orders or purchases over $50, will required a signature upon delivery.**

IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THEIR ARE NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED WITH PROOF PROVIDED to our email at leesaluxuryproducts@gmail.com. If you are returning any items, THE CUSTOMER will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. 

If for whatever reason, your package gets sent back to Leesa Luxury Products LLC, for incorrect address or no apartment number, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost. If the customer do not respond to the email from us within 48hours, then you will be refunded.
